Section 1) Membership
1) All members shall make a self-introduction post in "Membership Page", which contains:
names, guild(s), positions, departments, and anything they want to introduce.
2) Membership has to be renewed quarterly in our forum. (ie: Membership renewal Jan-Mar, 2016) membership will be lost if not renewed.
3) The only method to depart from Electric Company is to not re-new their memberships. Everyone remains as a member of EC as long as their membership is active.
4) Members are allowed to join more than 1 guild, but members that are leaders of other guilds will not be able to become recruitment agents of EC.
5) Members are allowed to have at most 3 duties.
6) Shareholders who owns more than 10% of the company must be a member of the company.

Section 2) Decision power of the shareholders
1) The Electric Company is owned by Shareholders, the CEO is the representative of the guild, elected by all the members of the company, with the entrance requirement of the age of at least 16 years old and must be a EC member.
2) All shareholders must be a map maker who contributed in making maps for our company.
3) Decisions power of each shareholders follows the percentage they own in the company.
4) The Decision Department has the right to add and/or make changes to "Rules and Regulations"; announcement must be made to notify members of the changes.
5) The Decision Department has at most 1 week to discuss on a particular issue, after that, a decision will be made according to the decision power each one has.

Section 3) Department heads' rights and responsibilities
1) Suggestions and/or recommendations can be made by department heads to the shareholders.
2) The department heads are responsible for the organization of his own department, and keeping his department active and productive.
3) The department heads have the right to expel a member from his/her department, with prior consent from the CEO, given that sufficient reasoning such as: violation of any terms outlined by the "Rules and Regulations", terrible attitude, etc... , is provided.

Section 4) Rise/replacement of leaders
1) The structure of the company is shown in "Structure of the company", all shareholders and department heads are regarded as leaders.
2) Shareholders are selective, department leaders are elective, with at least 2 nominators.
3) Any members of EC may apply to become a department head by filling this form.
4) CEO and the shareholders cannot be forcefully expelled, but are subjected to condemnation by EC members if sufficient reasoning is provided.
5) Leader replacement may take place under one of the following conditions:
i) If the CEO is no longer the largest shareholder, or decides to retire; the position of CEO will be passed on to a person that satisfy Section 2.1.
ii) If a leader decides to retire from his position; the position will be emptied, until a new application to that position is processed and confirmed.
iii) If a department head is challenged by at least 3 members of his/her department; a duel, that tests the according skills required to lead the department, will take place under the witness of the decision department, and the winner shall become the successor.

1) Respect each other; no recruiting for other guilds; no promotion, avocation or execution of criminal activities; no adding new members without permission; no leaking information(as defined by the Decision Department); no spamming; no posting disgusting/offensive pic, no swearing, harassing or insulting people in any EC chat rooms and Facebook groups/pages.
2) No publication or re-distributions of nude pic that exposes private body regions in EC Main Chat.
3) Additional rules for individual department chats can be made by the department head with consent from the Decision Department.

5) Always wear our guild tag properly [2f95d2]Electric Company[______ Dept.] in our events, or in EC Private Region.
6) Warnings will be issued if violations happened, and potential punishments such as: kicked from chat, expelled from guild, and etc, maybe issued by the Decision Department if violations are repeated.

1) All products in the Downloads section on this site are made by registered members of Electric Company. No one is allowed to redistribute the creations without prior consents from both the creator and the Electric Company.
2) Electric Company is not responsible for how the users use our products, and the direct or indirect losses that our products may cause. Users shall take their own risk for downloading and using any of the products we provide.
